An instructor is responsible for providing academic instruction that is geared toward meeting student needs while keeping students motivated to learn. Your responsibilities as an instructor are to:

• teach the provided curriculum based on diagnostic needs of students
• administer monthly progress reports
• maintain an environment where students are actively engaged in a meaningful learning experience
• demonstrate gains in student performance based on pre/post assessments
• participate in training sessions
• demonstrate punctuality and attend all instructional sessions
